Imagine yourself riding an electric bicycle on your semi-private tour on the same Santa Monica beach path that Clark Gable and Charlie Chaplin strolled along on their way to join William Randolph Hearst at the Marion Davies estate for afternoon cocktails and cards. Join for a ride, walk, window shop through Venice and stroll through the Venice canals.

The easy ride STEP-THRU beach cruisers are equipped with full suspension and comfortable seats.  The bikes allow you to choose between pedaling (6 gears), electric motor power (a twist of the wrist), or both.  The lithium power assist will ensure that you're never far behind.

Summary: Tour does NOT include hotel pickup. Minimum age is 16. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please reserve online, or call us toll-free at 888-653-6051. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

~ All riders must sign a liability waiver
~ Any damage to bicycle or property is the responsibility of the rider
~ Tours do not operate on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year's Day

Romantic Day Package Add-On:

After the tour, the Romantic Adventure continues. You'll drive off toward the mountains with directions to the NoMo area of Santa Monica. You'll pick up your picnic basket before you go. The Basket consists of a fresh baguette and an assortment of 3 different artisan produced cheeses chosen for the day. Your cheeses will be complimented with Prosciutto and topped with Fran's Dark Chocolate Grey Salt Caramels for a sweet treat.

Some of the exquisite examples of our cheeses are:

  1. Brillat-Savarin created in the 1930s by Henri Androuette. This cheese is made in Normandy and the flavor is as rich as it gets with a gentle hint of mushrooms.
  2. Pleasant Ridge Reserve, the only two time winner of Best in Show at the American Cheese Championship. This Beaufort is from Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
  3. Grevenbroecker is one of the most beautiful and unusual looking cheese you will ever find. It has a superb rich texture and sweetness due to the richness of the milk.
  4. Cave Aged Marisa. Named for Sid Cook's daughter, he is the cheesemaker at Carr Valley Dairy in LaValle Wisconsin. Salty and sweet with a definite hazelnut note.

With basket in hand, stroll to Palisades Park, 7 blocks West on Montana, and picnic overlooking the bay and the bike path.

Feeling adventurous and want to walk? Stroll up to the northern end of the park (less than a mile) and walk east; up Adelaide viewing Santa Monica Canyon on your left, (the homes seem to magically hang from the side of the Canyon). Some of Santa Monica's most expensive homes can be seen on your right, and the famous 4th street stairs come up to meet you.
